He has worked as Site Engineer during operation and maintenance of Mumbai
Pune Expressway. He has also worked as site Engineer on Dam projects and
construction of Link Roads. He has also dealt with preparation of projects
including surveying, tender preparation and site supervision.

He is retired Executive Engineer from Irrigation Department
Govt. of Maharashtra. He has worked in Central Designs
Organization (Irrigation) at Nashik for more than 14
years where in he dealt with designs of head works, design
of earthen dams and alternative studies for Spillways,
regulators, flood routine seepage control, stability
analysis of earth dam and rockfill dams. He also dealt
with latest instrumentation in the monitoring of Irrigation
projects.
So far he has designed hundreds of Irrigation projects.
Some of the major projects handled by him are as under
1) Lendi project in Nanded district, Maharashtra.
2) Killari and Warana dam (75 m height) in Kolphapur
district
3) Nira-Devdhar dam (45 m height) in Pune district
4) Proof consultancy of Sardar Sarovar dam in Gujrat
state
5) Tapi valley project

Overall experience – more than 35 years
He has acquired more than 30 years of professional experience
of design, construction of major Irrigation projects
in Maharashtra including canal distribution systems.
Recently he has completed an International Assignment
of Design of Rockfill Dam, 95 m high in Etheopia as Dam
design expert. He has been honored as Chief Dam Design
Expert by Water and Power Consultancy Services, New Delhi,
Govt. of India. He is associated with the panel of experts
on Design and Stability Analysis of Irrigation works
appointed by
Govt. of Maharashtra.

B.E. (civil)
Overall experience – 35 years
Retired from Irrigation department, Govt. of Maharashtra.
He has worked for more than 18 years in the Central Designs
Organization (Irrigation). He was instrumental in the
design of dams (earthen and masonry) and design of Gates,
Sluice valves and other irrigation structures in the
canal distribution system.

Overall experience – 34 years
He has acquired professional expertise in transport/town
and country planning. He has also acquired expertise in Remote Sensing.
He has prepared 13 development plans of various towns.
He has also prepared and implemented 3 IDSMTs for central
Govt. He has prepared one Town Planning Scheme under
MRTP Act 1966. Prepared existing land use map of Jaipur
on Arial Photo Interpretation at Deharadun .
He is fellow of Indian Institute Of Town Planners, Institute
of Indian Valuers and Indian Institute of Remote Sensing.

Deshmukh

Overall experience – 35 years
Retired as Deputy Engineer from Public Works Department,
Govt. of Maharashtra. He has worked in the planning,
designing, surveying, quality assurance and project execution
on several roads, minor and major bridges, residential
and non-residential public buildings. He has constructed
100 of kms of highways including national highway and
more than 1000 kms of district roads.
